Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to sell our products.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation, unless we notify you that the order cannot be accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • there is an error in the product description, price or availability;

  • payment or shipping information cannot be verified;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a refund using the original payment method, unless applicable law requires or permits another method.

If payment is declined, reversed or otherwise not completed, we may cancel or suspend the relevant order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, weather, strikes, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any delivery timeframe shown on the website or at checkout is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. If we cannot meet a promised delivery timeframe, we will contact you and provide any cancellation, delay or refund options required by applicable law.

You are responsible for checking that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
